Sarah is our passionate and friendly Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist. She believes that food is to be enjoyed and that methods focused on extreme dieting practices or quick-fix solutions simply do not work in the long-term. She therefore follows a practical and evidenced-based approach, which assists clients in making lasting improvements to their health.
In her spare time, Sarah loves to wonder through fresh food markets or supermarket isles for new recipe and meal ideas, which ensures she also keeps up-to-date with new food product releases. She also enjoys making a mess in the kitchen, developing delicious, quick and healthy recipes for not only herself but her clients to enjoy. So please do not hesitate to ask her for recipes or handy hints to boost the nutrition of your favourite meal, without compromising on taste!
