Chrissy is Provisional Psychologist and Counsellor at the Vital Health and Wellbeing Centre. Chrissy has completed multiple degrees including psychology, applied science and clinical trials research. She is currently completing her PhD is Psychology at Charles Sturt University.
Chrissy has worked extensively in the health system in both public and private hospitals and community service organisations. she is founder of a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with disabilities achieving their education and career goals.
Chrissy uses a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness based therapies, motivational interviewing, Solution-Focussed Therapy, and a trauma informed approach. She provides a person centred, individualised approach.
Chrissy is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider and Work Development Order (WDO) sponsor.
