R U OK? Day
R U OK? Day is a national day of action on the second Thursday of September each year. Today, Thursday 12th September is R U OK? Day 2013. Along with the R U OK Foundation we encourage everyone to meaningfully ask at least one person today “who is struggling with life “Are you OK?”. This day is dedicated to reminding people to regularly check in with family and friends.
